Harry Potter Warner Bros Studio Tour

Warner Bros. Studio tour immerses visitors into the exciting world of film making. It provides a thrilling opportunity to explore the magic of the world renowned Harry Potter™ film series. The tour showcases authentic sets, props and costumes. It also reveals the British artistry, technology and talent that goes into producing this world renowned series. The studio tour also focuses on some of the most iconic sets including the Great Hall, Dumbledore’s office, Diagon Alley and the Gryffindor common room.

Learn even more behind-the-scenes secrets with a private, extended session in the Great Hall with a Studio Tour expert. Then sip frothy Butterbeer in the backlot, in the shadow of iconic sets such as the Knight Bus and Privet Drive.

Inside the Warner Bros studios there is a Studio Cafe that offers freshly prepared soups, salads, sandwiches and afternoon treats. Inside the studio a full selection of coffees, hot and cold drinks can be purchased from two locations as you tour around.

Step into the Forbidden Forest
A very exciting new permanent expansion is now open at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter! For the first time, visitors are encouraged to defy Professor Dumbledore’s orders and follow Harry, Ron and Hermione’s footsteps into the Forbidden Forest. Home to Buckbeak the Hippogriff, Aragog the Acromantula and 19 trees each with a diameter of over 12 feet, visitors are invited to walk beneath the giant entwined roots and discover how to control the weather using the same techniques used during filming.

You will then exit through a Studio shop which is stocked with wide range of gifts and souvenirs which will remind you of your memorable day out at the Harry Potter Studios. The studios is great for a family day out and is fully accessible to everyone. Read more.

Introducing the Arts Department – 9th February 2018 – 19th February 2018
During this period visitors will be invited to discover the craftsmanship and artistry that went into every detail of the Wizarding world. From the technical drawings, white card models and prop making. Some of the original members of the Art Department will demonstrate a range of film-making techniques including live wand-making demonstrations by the team.

Goblet of Fire – 30th March 18 – 23rd September 18
Visitors will experience the Goblet of Fire as it returns to the Great Hall for the first time. Experience live demonstrations including showing how the parchment pieces were propelled to reveal the Triwizard champions. In addition you will be able to see new props and costumes from the Triwizard tournament belonging to Barty Crouch Jr and the Weasley twins.

Dark Arts – 28th September 18 – 11th November 18
During the Halloween season visitors will be able to discover the film-making secrets behind the wizarding worl’s Dark Arts. You will be able to try wand combat moves against the Death Eaters in a live duel demonstrating how the battle scenes were directed.
